Have you ever had information that was going to change the person's life you were going to have to share it with? (For example: Have you ever had to tell someone their loved one is dead? Have you ever had to "let someone go"/ fire them?) We each have a powerful story to tell that can change the life of its hearers if we can articulate it in a way that they understand.
